The Last Zone Privacy Policy
1) Privacy Policy – The Last Zone
Effective date: 25 November 2025

1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how we, Kodobur Yazılım BiliÅŸim Tasarım Arge Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Åžti. (“Kodobur”, “we”, “us”), process personal data in connection with the video game The Last Zone (the “Game”) and related support channels. Kodobur is an independent game developer and publisher headquartered in ODTÜ Teknokent, Ankara, Türkiye. This Policy applies when you play The Last Zone on Xbox, PlayStation, Steam/PC and any future platforms, and when you contact us about the Game.

2. Key facts about The Last Zone
ï‚· The Last Zone is a single-player, offline third-person shooter with strategic base defence elements. ï‚· The Game does not include in-game chat or user-generated content features. ï‚· The Game does not include in-game advertising or separate microtransactions. All purchases are processed by the platform store (Microsoft Store / Xbox, PlayStation Store, Steam). ï‚· The PC version is built with Unreal Engine and uses Epic Online Services SDK, which may provide analytics and online services infrastructure. Because of this, we generally do not create our own player accounts inside the Game. Most personal data comes from platform providers (Microsoft, Sony, Valve), from analytics/technical logs, and from you when you contact us.

When you play the Game, we and our service providers may receive technical and gameplay data such as: ï‚· Gameplay statistics: levels/zones completed, playtime, enemies defeated, weapons and traps used, progression, difficulty settings, and similar balance/analytics data ï‚· Achievement or trophy progress (for example, how many bosses you have defeated) ï‚· Technical information: console or PC model, operating system version, Game version, performance metrics (frame rate, loading times), crash logs and error reports ï‚· Approximate location information (such as country or region) derived from IP address or platform settings, used to understand where our players are in aggregate and to comply with regional laws Some of this information may be collected via Unreal Engine and Epic Online Services or similar technologies integrated in the Game. We use this data in an aggregated or pseudonymous way wherever possible.

If you contact us (for example by e-mailing info@kodobur.com or via our social media accounts), we will process: ï‚· Your name or nickname ï‚· Contact details (e-mail address, social media handle, etc.) ï‚· The contents of your message and any information you choose to send us (such as screenshots, save files, crash logs, or system information) We use this information only to respond to your request and to improve the Game and our support.

All purchases of The Last Zone (including the full game and demo) are processed by the platform stores (Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, Steam). We do not receive or store your credit card details or other full payment information; we only receive information that a purchase has succeeded, so that we can enable access to the Game. ï‚· The Game does not contain third-party in-game ads or advertising SDKs.
